A wildfire blackened three acres of grass this morning near a nudist camp in Temescal Valley, according to Riverside County Fire Department officials.

The flames were reported at 9:49 a.m. along La Palma Road on the south side of Glen Eden Sun Club.

California Highway Patrol officers temporarily closed La Palma Road between Horsethief Canyon Road and Indian Truck Trail. No injuries were reported.

Some 70 fire fighters contained the blaze at 10:30 a.m.
