Nudist Individuals Married-Single
| Being in a relationship does not define you as a person who is whole. You need to be whole first yourself....and you don't get there with a string of bad relationships. You start with God. It is amazing how much more attractive you are with God shining through - and then you will have the confidence to have higher expectations for your relationship choice - that YOU choose - not just whoever you end up with. | |
| I think the best remedy for a individual is to work with a club and not be just a guest , looking for a fun time, volunteer to help with the days events, or help around the park or the resort, recognition by a club will dispell the cautioness that most clubs have about single unaccompanied males | |
| nudies2, I can vouch for what you just said. I was an active member of a non-landed club in Portland, Oregon in the late 1990s. Our club supported the landed clubs in our area by having some of our meetings and events at the landed clubs, encouraging our members to attend the landed club events, and volunteering at the landed club work days. Even though I was a single male, the landed club regulars were friendly and helpful to me. I also feel that having an affiliation with a local club gave me more credibility when I visited a landed club in Florida. However, I must note that none of these landed clubs had discriminatory policies or quotas for single males. There are still some clubs that will not give individuals a chance to show that they are sincere nudists, but fortunately the situation seems to be improving. | |
| Good idea Olivia, though I can understand not wanting the club with 100 men and 2 women, the whole limit policy isn't the best way to handle it. | |

| A list of clubs by state that accept single males would be very useful. Olivia I applaud your decision to not go where single discriminatory practices exist. I hope you will report back on how that goes. | |
| Indeed, that would be useful. I am itching to take a motorcycle road trip and stop at nude resorts. I am thinking of stuff like Chicago to the Keys, Nevada, Colorado, and other destinations. Just need some more vacation time... | |
| I think it would a terrific project as well as a potential eye opener for AANR to conduct a survey of all resorts and create a list of those resorts that accept (not place on a list)single people. If not them , then , maybe it would be a fun project for this group to take on and turn the list over to AANR.. | |
| I follow another path on this one. I CHOOSE to remain single and have to live with the consequences of that choice. I was married, was divorced when I didn't want to be and for a variety of reasons (including observation of too many fathers going into new relationships and either destroying the relationship because they are not able to give it the time it needs or neglect the needs of their children to the point of alienating them) intend to remain single. If that results in a limit to where I can comfortably engage with other nudists because of their attitudes then so be it. {Jim aka Nudies2 Comment) I have to agree with you on this in regards to choosing to remain single, and I have actually seen it take place on both sides, whereas the mother or the father either one gets into another relationship and ends up alienating thier children...very sad, but true. But I can say, with me being single, and a father of two still at home, living with me, I have not had an issue with anyone at my home club or here on NCH. Probably because I am easy to talk to and I like talking to anyone that wants to talk. |
