Spring is here, the weather is getting warmer. There are lots of flowers and grass blooming, birs flitting about in their annual rituals, everything is pretty much singing...

so why aren't you here enjoying it?

I like hiking in the nude but I get so distracted by all the flora and fauna that it takes me forever to get where I'm going. But I do it for the pleasure of being in nature.

I think there is an added dimension of health when you hike nude. Something about the oxygen. I even like to go barefoot sometimes.

I am lucky to be able to hike nude at my home, not for miles and miles, but there are some great trails I really enjoy. Also, this year I will be planting a big garden and going some work on another fun medicinal garden with Chinese herbs.

If you are fair, like me, protecting your skin with sunblock and hats cannot be overrated!!!

I remember on Maui they had nude cruises sometimes at sunset. A bunch of people would just charter a local boat and go party for a few hours.

How about it?

There's more to life than the treadmill. :)

I walk or run at the beach a lot of mornings, and if I time it right I can do part of it nude and skinny-dip before I turn around and walk back. Exercise is so much better in the fresh air!
