AANR recently include the following subject regarding a company named NudeHouse in the UK that is creating a nudist only company/office environment. I am attaching the url from the AANR publication below for your review.
It is a slightly different take than was posted on here previously. Please read it first then give us you take on the concept. Is is viable? Is there credibilty behind it especially in terms of who the primary candidates they are seeking? Hoe do you think it could work in your arenas? Is Crigslist good for this? Lots of avenues to go down. Let's dicuss it. Here is the URl from the AANR punblication:

I'm not down with this company's advertising for "nude young attractive girls 18-39"...oh..."and males too!"

First...not sure how many women at this age would want to be referred to as "girls." Next...I still don't get the "attractive, young" requirement...is this business wanting nude females for tittalation purposes...or do they want competent people in this field that are also nudists.

I've got my issues with Craiglist...their allowing some of the things to be "advertised" on there have been part of the problem we are having at our nude beach.

Gay hookups for sex in the parking lot, voyeurs, come watch us have sex on the beach, come watch us film a porno on the beach...all that stuff that needs to be OFF our beach and someplace where it won't jeapordize clothing optional areas. So I've got my issues with Craiglist.

I'm not buying into "this" nudist company office either!

;)

seems like they may want to get photos for their website as "promotion". So if clients come to the office must they leave their clothes at the door also?

Seems if it was legit they wouldn't have the pretty and age requirements which they could still select for at interview. I'm also suspicious of the ad being in Craigslist. If it was serious wouldn't it just be in the company description and the job mentioned as a regular job on a site like "Monster" and simply say seeking males and females?

I’m inclined to heed the advice of the HRzone story’s accompanying graphic … next!

These nakedists are commonplace on the ’Net. The vetting process of AANR needs addressing.

I had seen this company's website before and on the new applicant they had a picture of a young lady spread eagle with the caption "applicant to be interviewed" or something like that... I ckecked it out again to see if it was the same company and it is with the exception that they replaced that picture and now have a lady on one knee and not quite as revealing as the previous picture... kind of iffy for a company promoting naturism (or so they say) to show pictures like that if you ask me...

Eg, It is still there... and you can even enlarge the pictures to get a closer look.
As a previous HR professional, I find the application process wording interesting. It says: I interview some applicants on the phone and, if they are successful in that, I then invite some to my flat for a nude interview. I can then see if they are really naturists and have the right attitudes.

Right Attitudes... ah, hmmm. Did anyone hear "Casting Couch" in that. I bet the guys don't get to the Flat. While I would truly love to see a company that supports nudism in the office environment, this guy is a goof ball in my opinion. I think AANR really needs to step up on what they post about. I am writing to AANR about this.

I'm just wondering what should I wear to the interview.

Well, it does give the term "Casual Friday" a whole new meaning.
