Using Other Conservancies' Land?
| I was recently on Cape Cod and discovered the Barnstable Land Trust (http://blt.org). They control just under 1000 acres. They have a very nice website with lots of info on Trusts and other land conservation options. One option for naturists would be to get involved with one of these sorts of local organizations and influence them to at least be naturist tolerant. Another would be to find lands controlled by these sorts of groups and start using them discreetly. I don't know how local nudity laws would come in to play for lands controlled by such a group, or how much ill-will would be earned if a group discovered naturists had "taken over" some of their land. The idea of a naturist specific conservancy is fascinating, but I would think TNS would be the best overseer of such an organization. AANR is mostly interested in clubs & resorts, not free to use land. |
