 This may be in the realm of fantasy, but how about a yearly hamfest at one of the AANR venues? Where could it be held? Would any commercial venders attend? What do you think?

 I don't think a hamfest would be possible. We can't get participation on this group so I don't think we could get hams from all over the US to meet. I'll just park my truck with the tailgate down in your drive some Saturday, Hi, Hi
Maybe we could set a meeting time/place at some hamfest like Dayton.

 I thought that a meeting at Dayton might be possible, but I wasn't able to detect any interest when it was suggested here. My driveway is a possiblity, but the neighbors might not care for the uniform of the day(HI).
