Northwest Nudists
Is the NW really Nudist Land?
| Is the NW really a place for nudist activity and life? Honestly, it is cold, wet and soggy. Beautiful yes, cold, wet and soggy still. Most nude activities have to take place indoors which limit their existence. Even at the beaches you have to pick a good day and hope it stays that way all day. I guess I am not feeling it, are you? | |
| I agree with you SunBunny. It is unfortunate that the weather in the NW is so crummy most of the time - it would be great for nudism otherwise. If I had the ability and money, I would move to CA to practice nudism down there. But alas, that's not the case. | |
| It has been a seemingly cooler-than-normal summer so far, at least in the Seattle/Portland areas. Only made two trips so far to Collins Beach, which feels oddly low. This coming weekend is looking nice so far...actually going to reach 90! We better have a long, hot fall to make up for the lousy summer thus far. | |
| In the Rogue Valley area we are a little more fortunate, as July - August temperatures are commonly in the 90's and occasionally higher. The popular Quarry can be uncomfortably warm without some shade. In Ashland the Wellsprings Spa, which is located at an artesian hot spring, allows clothing optional pool use after 8:00 p.m. or dusk. The Rogue Suncatchers usually have several pool parties in the summer at members' properties, and at a rented enclosed pool during cooler months. Pay us a visit! |
