Nudists Invade Disneyland Disney Cruises?
| Anyone here been on a Disney cruise or going on a Disney cruise? Yeah, I doubt there are any opportunities for nudity, but we can be naked under our clothes. | |
| A few years ago we took the Westbound Disney Cruise through the Panama Canal. 15 days, it was a great trip. For us it was a once in a lifetime trip. Our 10 year old (at the time) took part in all the Disney club events that he could. So many things that could be said about the trip. Anything specific you want to know, just ask. | |
| It's being discussed within our family but no plans yet. We've been on only textile cruises and even though the ability to be nude was confined to our stateroom, we did purchase a stateroom with a balcony for the last two textile cruises and spent lots of naked time on it. Morning coffee, later afternoon sunning and just sitting and having a drink in the late afternoons and evenings. We love cruises and we love being naked but textile cruises don't give you many opportunities so you have to make your own. A couple of the ships we were on had an "adults only" deck and there were topless ladies. Two couples, friends, arranged unused lounge chairs to block them off and they were sunning nude. We were on that cruise with textile friends and so we decided not to partake in that deck until we are on a cruise alone or with other nudist friends. | |
| The verandah on the Disney cruise was pretty private, and you could be nude on them. The verandahs on the textile cruises we have been on are not very private so no real nude time on them. Would love to do another Disney cruise, just not happening in this economy though. | |
| Really ... the textile cruises we've been on ... Royal Caribbean and Carnival ... all four ships, different ships for each line, the verandah's were private enough. We were naked out on them quite a bit. What may have been an issue; is if the people next to you leaned way out over the railing and then looked back but they'd have to be up against the privacy wall between verandahs. We'll have to look into a Disney cruise. As soon as the youngest grandson is a couple years older. :D | |
| The panels were not up against the cabin wall, the hardware that they were attached to allowed them to be an or two off the wall, quite odd. Your grandkids will love the Disney cruise. My son's only complaint was that there were too many events geared for girls, not enough for boys. Food was fantastic, your waiters traveled with you from restaurant to restaurant. Stage shows were beautiful, great movies in theater. Late nights for adults offered a variety of events. | |
| Last week my family took a four day cruise on the Disney Dream. We stopped at Nassau, Bahamas. Three other ships were docked, too. The Carnival Ecstacy, Royal Caribbean Freedom of the Seas (FotS), and AIDA Aura. The Aura was docked between the Dream and the Freedom of the Seas. AIDA is a cruise line that caters to Germans. The Dream and FotS are massive ships. The Aura was dwarfed between these two. The Dream and FotS are several decks taller than the Aura. The top deck of the Aura is an "FKK" deck and people were enjoying the sun au naturel. The passengers from the Dream and FotS got quite an eyeful! The Aura was far enough away that you really had to be looking to see that the people were nude on the top deck. | Saw the picture. If it had been us ... I think we would have jumped ship and gone over and finished our vacation with the FKK folk! hahahahahahaha :D |
