I ride a 2002 Kawasaki Nomad. Love the hassle-free shaft drive, and its 1500 cc's provide plenty of power with its 5-speed tranny. She's set up for the long haul with hard bags, full windshield, and travelcade seat. Vance & Hines pipes are loud enough to provide some notice, but not so much as to make your ears uncomfortable on a 400-500 mile day.

i agree with nudecojohn's words above, and i especially reject the line of thinking that maintains that all of the rest of creation is, or should be, subordinate to man. this is nothing more than a judeo-christian construct that has inflated man's ego and provided the necessary cover for humanity to rape and destroy - without guilt - the rest of creation through the ages. the net result of this philosphy of subjugation has been the pollution of the world we live in and the ultimate discounting of any life other than human. in my world humans are but a part of creation, and rather than discounting the validity and "worthiness" of the lives of the balance of creatures that we inhabit this creation with, humans should be providing stewardship aimed at maintaining this creation for the present and future well-being of themselves as well as ALL of the rest of creation. We've had a great and relaxing nude summer here as well. we were in florida late december/ early january where the temps were in the mid 50's, not exactly the thaw-out that we had hoped for, but definately warmer than here at home, and still great weather for the hot tub and heated pool at the lake como club. in february we headed out to maui for 10 days, definately the right weather for good nude times at Red Sand and Little Beaches. and, the height of whale-watching season too! the summer went well, didn't do much traveling to speak of as projects around the house kept us busy, so we simply enjoyed our lives in the nude at the Pleasant Valley Naturist Retreat while working to make things easier for going away this coming winter.

i see that you are from down in the cities area. wife and i are north of bemidji where we have a bit of secluded acreage that we enjoy. our home is clothing optional, i've been a nudist for 40 years, wife is relatively new to it. if you are ever interested in heading up this way give us a shout.

my wife and i will be in france for a few weeks next summer. am wondering if one can get accomodations for 3-4 days or if bungalow rentals are strictly weekly at CHM. please let me know if you have an answer.
