I have been to Star Ranch many times and have enjoyed it very much.
I have also been to Armadillo resort near Dallas. i was there for AANR convention in 2010. Had fun there too.
I hope to visit other resorts some time.

Just a note, NU5DE is in Texas. I was lucky enough to operate from their base station last summer. I have not heard of any Field Day activities for them but will keep my ears open.

I am a single nudist, but have only within the past few months joined a local club and gone to a resort. The local club has been fantastic, I am treated just like any other member, with kindness and friendliness. I went to the Star Ranch and they too were very happy to have me visit. I never was never openly asked what my marital status was; only notation was on application form. Granted I would love to meet someone local and go as a couple to a nudist resort or a club event, but that has yet to happen. So far as a single I have had good experiences.

Perhaps a compromise...a trim. A few years back I tried shaved and I liked it for a few days until it started growing back and became itchy and uncomfortable, so after a few weeks I let it grow back. Sinc then I have let it grow on its own. Recently I joined a local club and noticed how many shaved there were. So I decided to just trim it up a bit. It seems to work fine, no itch, and low maintenance. Also, another reason donot shave genital area is because I have slightly hairy inner thigh and if I shaved the genital area, the hair on thigh would look really weird if it came up and just stopped, so then I would be forced to shave that, and then down the entire leg, and like the person earlier, I find it hard to shave my face everyday much less the majority of my body. So I am going to try the trimmed look for a bit and see how it goes.

Howdy all! 40yo male, never married. I live in central Texas, luckily not too far from the only clothing optional/nude beach in Texas. Would like to meet a lady in the area who would enjoy going to nude events and enjoys me cooking and cleaning for them...well, maybe just cooking ;)
