Absolute Naturists Clothing Optional
BlondieNC Posted: Nov 13, 2011	I think generally C/O is the way to go! We have visited resorts where there was only a Nude Beach, clothing required everywhere else, and seen couples driven away from the Nude Beach by security because one of them (usually the woman) doesn't want to get totally naked! And that always made me feel bad for them and annoyed by the strict rules! I think there are a lot of couples that one is a nudist and the other is not - or the woman wants to Just be Topless! I believe many people visit a C/O place out of curiosity - or to humor a spouse - and after a little while they decide to take it off after all - when they would NEVER have visited a place that forced them to be Immediately naked! It doesn't bother me one bit to be naked around clothed people - as long as the general atmosphere is Positive toward the naked! The club we frequent most is C/O - owned by a couple - he is always naked, she is always fully clothed! MOST of the people there go naked, weather permitting! Only in the Pools/Hot Tub is Nudity Required! I am comfortable with this - partly because it allows Everyone to dress or undress to Their comfort level!

I, too, was one of those who likes the feel of a book - BUT - then I was going on a trip to Brazil, 12+ hours in airplanes, and the Hardback version of the book I wanted to take along (Diana Gabaldan's last) weighed OVER 2 POUNDS !!! SO - I bought the Kindle just for that and have never looked back! The advantage of the Kindle over others, I think, is the Battery last for Weeks not Hours and the non-backlit format makes it easy to read in bright sunlight - like when I am Sunbathing by the pool or on a beach! There is also a Wealth of Free books available online from the Gutenberg Project, AND our County Library has just started Lending e-books! My $.02! Debbie
Absolute Naturists Introduce Yourself
BlondieNC Posted: Nov 4, 2011	I am Debbie, my other half is Harry and we have been married for 38 years. We have been home nudists most of our lives, but just joined in with social nudity about 5 years ago. We live in NC and were first introduced to being socially nude with a trip to Orient Beach in 2007! We were hooked! LOL Since then we have visited nude locations in Mexico, Jamaica and here in NC. I am wondering where are all the WOMEN on this site!? Does this reflect the gender division on this whole site or just Here? It makes me sad when men tell me THEY like to be nude but their wives/girlfriends won't do it! I wish I could tell those women that ALL NUDE WOMEN ARE BEAUTIFUL AND POWERFUL!! It is only when we Cover Up that we are compared and critiqued! Happy to be here! Debbie

There is a Topless March on Washington planned for next summer by the gotopless.org folks - I am hoping to be there! As for men's poor behavior over naked bosoms - I really think a lot of that would change if topless women were more common in our society! Most men are Not Pigs!

Totally agree with SunBunny on the covering up in restaurants - that view just isn't always appetizing! :o) And I would certainly join noconudie on that trip to cover SF with nudists! My $.02!

BlondieNC Posted: Oct 18, 2011	YES- it HURTS!!! But it hurts a lot less than having a 10 lb baby with no drugs (and it's over faster, too - personal experience!)!! Mostly it Stings! It also depends on Where it is - thin skin over bones hurts worse than "plumper" places! Also the intricacy of the design - the more times the artist has to go over an area the more painful it is! I was surprised that my upper breasts were no more sensitive than my upper arms or shoulders - but the outside of my lower thigh, down around my knee, was much worse than I expected even though it was not especially thin skinned or bony! Your mileage may vary!

I have 8 big flowers all across my chest - applied years apart in 4 sessions, not planned that way - so is that one or four or eight? LOL Those flowers are in addition to the ones I have on arms, back, legs.... How many do I have? Too many for ME to keep track of how many there are! :o) Off Topic - This group was formed on my 35th wedding anniversary! Sweet! :o)

I am fortunate that my husband and I have always been very open with one another and open to trying new things - this was just the next thing to try - and we love it! Definitely had body issues most of my life - but when I turned 50 I decided to stop worrying about what other people think and as it does no harm, enjoy myself! Never looked back!
