find a clothes optional beach or lake or even a vacation rental some where and enjoy it with your wife. tell her she does not have to disrobe but you would like to spend the time there nude. I have seen a lot of that at uor beaches here. The husband is nude but the wife not. I hhave seen situations where the wife is nude or topfree but the husband is not. A lot of times the spouse will join in and really start to relax. Aloha
