NudistClubhouse.com Launches “Support Legal Nude Recreation” Campaign for America 250

New advocacy effort calls for anti-discrimination protections for people who lawfully participate in naturist recreation

As the United States marks 250 years of independence, NudistClubhouse.com is launching a new advocacy campaign titled Support Legal Nude Recreation, calling for anti-discrimination protections for people who lawfully participate in naturist, nudist, and clothing-optional recreation.

Core Principle

No person should be fired, denied employment, denied housing, denied public accommodations, denied HOA or community access, denied financial services, denied advertising access, or denied government services solely because they lawfully participate in private, designated, or permitted naturist recreation.

Legal nude recreation already exists in many forms. Across the United States and around the world, people lawfully visit nude beaches, nudist resorts, clothing-optional campgrounds, nude cruises, private naturist events, and established naturist organizations. NudistClubhouse.com believes lawful participation in those activities should not be treated as misconduct.

“This campaign is about fairness,” said Brian Spence, Owner of NudistClubhouse.com. “A person should not lose their job, housing, banking access, advertising access, community access, or ordinary public services because they visited a legal nude beach, attended a lawful nudist resort, took a legal nude cruise, or joined a lawful naturist organization.”

Model Policy

No person shall be denied employment, housing, public accommodations, association-governed community access, financial services, advertising access, or government services solely because of lawful participation in naturist, nudist, or clothing-optional recreation, including membership in lawful organizations, attendance at private or permitted events, or use of designated clothing-optional facilities.

NudistClubhouse.com says the campaign is focused specifically on discrimination based on lawful naturist participation. This effort begins with one narrow and reasonable principle: lawful naturist participation should not be treated as misconduct.

The campaign also encourages naturists and supporters to join NudistClubhouse.com, support established naturist organizations, and participate in lawful nude recreation responsibly.
