Identify the hours you want to put to work
Start with a specific gap: a weekday afternoon, the period between restaurant services or an evening when you normally close early. A private buyout during regular hours is another option if the booking can justify setting that time aside.
Consider travel time as well as your own schedule. An available Tuesday afternoon is useful only if the intended guests can attend. You can share more than one option in your inquiry.
Define the smallest worthwhile session
How much of your space would a group need, for how long and with how many staff? A two-hour swim, a restaurant sitting and a sequence of salon appointments need different staffing and capacity. Keep the first idea close to something you already know how to run.
Include setup and cleanup time. If you would open especially for the event, consider the whole shift rather than just the hours guests are present.
Compare possible income with the extra costs
Income might come from admission, private hire, meals, purchases or services. Against that, consider staff, supplies, utilities, cleaning, any privacy measures and agreed organizing or promotional fees. If regular customers would be displaced, account for those sales too.
Know what would make a booking worthwhile before agreeing to an event. Promotion does not guarantee turnout or spending, so assess the proposal on terms you are comfortable with.
Check whether the time also gives you privacy
A closed period can make exclusive access simpler, but closed doors alone do not block the view. Windows, entrances, neighboring properties and shared public areas all matter for a Naturist Takeover Event.
There must be zero outside visibility of nude guests. Temporary opaque coverings, including butcher paper, may be enough for windows; other sightlines need their own solution. You can raise these questions before deciding whether to proceed.
