NudistClubhouse.comFOR BUSINESSES

How it works

A simple first step. Answers before decisions.

You know your business. We know this kind of gathering. Start by telling us what you offer, and we can discuss whether a private naturist event could work for you.

01

Tell us about your business.

Share your location, what guests could enjoy and any questions. An estimate of your space or quieter hours is useful, but optional.

02

Talk directly with the owner.

The owner of NudistClubhouse.com personally reviews inquiries. The conversation starts with your goals, your space and what you would need to feel comfortable hosting.

03

Choose whether to take it further.

If the idea fits, we can discuss a specific event separately, including timing, promotion, privacy and financial terms. Sending an inquiry does not book anything.

Hosting questions, answered

What business owners
want to know.

Every business is different. You’re welcome to ask a question even if you’re not yet sure this is for you.

Tell us about your business
What exactly is a Naturist Takeover Event?

A private group booking where guests enjoy your business nude: bowling, shopping, dining, swimming or exploring an attraction. The activity is the reason to attend. These are nude events, not clothing-optional events, and every guest participates under the same dress code.

What does NudistClubhouse.com bring to the event?

Experience organizing naturist gatherings, promotion to the naturist community as agreed for the event, and an approved NudistClubhouse.com representative on site. You bring your space, your staff and the experience your business provides. Responsibilities and commercial terms are agreed together before a booking.

How could my business earn income, and what would it cost?

Depending on your business, income could come from admission, a private hire fee, meals, purchases or reserved services. Commercial arrangements with NudistClubhouse.com may include a ticket split, event or coordination fee, flat promotional fee, sales commission, sponsor or host fee, or a combination. There is no standard package to buy at this stage; terms are discussed for each opportunity.

Are attendance or revenue guaranteed?

No. Promotion and agreed services do not guarantee attendance, ticket sales, spending, revenue or profit. Any proposed event needs to make commercial sense for your business. Sending an inquiry creates no financial commitment.

Does my business have to become a nudist business?

No. You would host a private event for an agreed period, then return to your usual operation. It could be a buyout during normal hours, a quieter weekday or a session while you would otherwise be closed. It does not require a permanent change to your business.

How private does the space need to be?

There must be zero outside visibility of nude guests—from streets, neighboring properties or any area open to the public. Opaque temporary window coverings, including butcher paper, can work if they fully block the view. Entrances also need to protect privacy while keeping emergency exits usable. If you are unsure about your space, describe it in your inquiry.

Do employees have to be nude?

No. Working staff generally stay clothed, making them easy to identify and approach for help. Employees should know what the event involves and choose whether to work it. You may require staff to remain dressed. Staff or owner-operators may participate nude only with both business approval and their own agreement, where the work permits.

What behavior should we expect?

Family-friendly, nonsexual behavior—even at an adults-only event. Guests are expected to treat your business with the same care and respect you expect from your usual customers, or better. An approved NudistClubhouse.com representative must be on site. Our conduct standards align with the principles of the American Association for Nude Recreation (AANR); this does not imply AANR sponsorship or endorsement.

Can we make the event adults-only?

Yes. Age eligibility is determined for each event, and a business’s requested age restrictions are respected. Where permitted, events can welcome families across generations, from grandparents to grandchildren. The same family-friendly, nonsexual behavior applies at every event.

What about seating, shoes and safety equipment?

Guests bring towels and always sit on them on shared seating. A souvenir towel with your logo is an optional extra you could offer. You can require bowling shoes, water shoes, protective pads and other appropriate footwear or safety garments. Wearable equipment, including laser-tag gear, is welcome. The dress code changes; your safety requirements still apply.

Will we have to advertise this publicly?

You choose the approach. Promotion can stay focused on the naturist community, with your business marked as closed for a private function. Broader public promotion or media interest can be discussed if you welcome it. Discreet promotion does not promise absolute secrecy, and publicity never overrides guest privacy.

What about photographs and security cameras?

Hosting or promoting an event does not grant permission to photograph or identify guests. A clear photo policy, the handling of existing security cameras and any media access must be agreed before an event. Guests need to know what to expect, and their privacy must be protected.

What needs checking before an event can go ahead?

Each location needs a separate review of applicable rules, insurance, access, privacy and the activity involved. A private booking does not automatically resolve those requirements. You do not need to have all the answers to get in touch; the first step is to see whether the idea is worth pursuing.

Must guests be NudistClubhouse.com members?

Membership is free and encouraged, but it is not required. All guests, including accompanying spouses and partners, must understand the nude participation requirement and follow the event rules.
